It is suggested that you bring your own broom to donate at the end of the event to someone on the street. Trash bags are also needed. Please bring your own heavy-duty latex gloves. It is suggested that you wear long pants and long sleeves.

Rigorous hand washing with soap and water after Street Sweeping is essential. Hand sanitizer after hand washing is also encouraged.

We will also be conducting Street Surveys of the people on San Julian & 6th Streets. See the "Documents" tab to view our *Street Survey 2012*. We need volunteers to help conduct the surveys too.
